*Starlink WiFi. Got a house full of streamers at the same time? No problem. Work video call u need to do just one of those days u are staying, and need reliable internet? We got u the best and have had zero problems at all the houses we have put these at (unlike traditional that was so spotty at the coast!)

*HOME WATER FILTRATION: NOTHING BUT THE VERY BEST! House has whole home filtration. System to combat Surfside’s city water. Has water softener as well, that is just right to make skin perfect but not slippery feel to water. Tannin removal system to remove brown and green hues and smells, from water, and make CLEAR WATER AGAIN in surfside! Also we have reverse osmosis water at the kitchen sink for your coffee etc.
