Yes truly “All Decked Out”Enjoy games and the wood burning fire pit (smores anyone?) at ground level by your very own tiki bar where u can blend your favorite drink! Swings and hammocks! Bedroom 2 upstairs has a King bed, a futon, and a killer view of the ocean! Door opens to deck! Down the hallway the middle bedroom 3 has a King bed with again killer view of the ocean. Door opens to Deck! Bathroom number 3 w/ shower and tub located across the hall.
Bedroom 4 is the fun bunk room! Again with its own view of the ocean and glass door leading to the deck it doesn’t disappoint! Here we have 3 sets of bunks that are Queen over Queen. Then we have a Full over full bunk. So this comfortably sleeps 16 people in one enormous bunk room! Talk about memories! Very strong and sturdy custom bunks for kids and adults. Bunk room has its own full bathroom with tub and shower! Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. TVs in all the bedrooms. All TVs are hard wired with Ethernet so no slow connections with TV or internet. In fact we have Xfinity High Speed cable internet and I added WiFi Booster for your phones and other devices. Entertainment and luxury with cute decor and design everywhere you look.
On main deck have huge 7 person hot tub with LED lights, water features of spinning balls, fountains, and Bluetooth audio. This isn’t your average hot tub. It’s an experience all of its own..,and then the ocean view while you tub makes this experience exceptional! Blackstone 36” flat propane grill on deck and 10 huge captain chairs with some tables makes eating that yummy food you make a cinch! Guest access
Can access the whole house! It is all for your group and your group alone! Can even access the garage and use our 6 person custom gas golf cart with Bluetooth and led lights. We ask you just fill with gas before checking out. A rental like this would cost a couple hundred dollars a day if you rented it. With us it’s included!

Other things to note
GOLF CART: only licensed drivers can drive. Please send us a pic of your DL if you plan to drive the cart. Return with gas at end of your stay. Seatbelts recommended for all guests as cart path can be bumpy in places in Surfside. Has Bluetooth and LED lights in speakers. Super fun but we are not responsible for any accident or injury u may have, so drive responsibly and don’t drink and drive!
HOT TUB: We will have this cleaned after each guest but ask guests for help in keeping it nice. Rule 1 wash all Sand, lotions, and sunscreen off the best you
can before entering the hot tub. DO NOT SIT ON THE UNFOLDED HARD COVER OF THE HOT TUB! IT WILL BREAK and cost $1000 to replace each broken side!!
